Randall Page, obtained
his undergraduate degree in Political Science from California
State Polytechnic University at Pomona in 1988. He graduated from
California Western School of Law in 1990 before embarking on a
career in the public sector first at the San Diego District
Attorney’s Office and then at the Maui County Prosecuting
Attorney’s Office.
Randall brings to the
firm a vast trial experience gained from a total of nine years
working as a prosecutor. His aggressive litigation style has
resulted in hundreds of successful verdicts from both judges and
juries.
With his wife Jessica, Randall returned to San Diego from Hawaii in
1999 to pursue private practice. Since entering private practice,
Randall has opened up a thriving practice involving criminal
defense, including complex white collar defense, domestic violence,
misdemeanors and complex felonies. Randall Page also handles complex
restraining orders involving both domestic violence and civil
harassment. |

Derek
graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in
Political Science and Economics in 1987. He moved to San Diego to
attend California Western School of Law, where he graduated Cum
Laude in 1991 with academic awards in the fields of Taxation,
Corporate Taxation and Sales. During his tenure at California
Western, Derek had the privilege of working at the United States
Bankruptcy Court for the Honorable Louise DeCarl Adler.
Since graduating in
1991, Derek has been practicing law in the San Diego area in the
fields of Estate Planning, Probate and Business Law:
Estate Planning: Derek helps clients identify their
assets, liabilities, goals and needs, and legal issues that may
arise at death or incapacity, than drafts appropriate legal
documents, including Living Trusts, Wills, Durable Powers of
Attorney for Health Care, to address those needs.
Probate/Trust Administration: Derek is experienced
in administering living trusts in an efficient and cost effective
manner and where necessary probating estates of decedents without a
trust or estate plan.
Business Law: Derek represents a number of sole
proprietorships, partnerships and corporations in all aspects of
business operations. His services range from the initial forming of
the business entity, by preparing partnership agreements, articles
of incorporation and by-laws, to negotiating and drafting contracts
pertaining to the day to day operation and sale of a business.
Derek has taken an
active role in the San Diego community. He served as the President
of the Golden Triangle Chamber of Commerce from 1999 to 2000 and is
currently on the Board of Trustees of Consumer Credit Counseling
Service of San Diego. He was a co-founder and President of So Kids
Can Dream, a local charity dedicated to providing educational
resources, enriching after-school activities, and opportunities to
children of low income families. Derek has also been coaching youth
soccer for over 19 years, the last five years with the Penasquitos
Youth Soccer Association. |

Raised in San Diego,
Lloyd obtained his undergraduate degree from San Diego State
University in 1991 and earned his law degree from St. John’s
University School of Law in New York in 1995. Prior to founding the
law firm of Page, Lobo & Costales, A.P.C., Lloyd practiced family
law, personal injury and bankruptcy in San Diego and Imperial
counties.
Lloyd is involved in
community activities coaching both competitive and recreational
soccer teams and has recently coached his own daughter’s team under
6 soccer team. In addition to community sports, Lloyd is involved
with his alma mater and serves on the Board of Directors of the
Aztec Athletic Foundation at San Diego State University.
Lloyd is married, has
one child and the happy couple is expecting their second child in
2008. |

A
graduate of Grand Canyon College and Thomas Jefferson School of Law,
Jonathan Preston is licensed to practice law in both Arizona and
California. He brings to the firm a strong real estate background
having worked for American Title Company for over two years, prior
to joining the firm.
Jonathan Preston has
extensive experience in the mortgage industry having represented
numerous mortgage companies involved in real estate matters,
commission disputes, unfair competition issues, and licensing
issues. Jonathan Preston also brings to the firm extensive knowledge
in the area of construction law and construction defect defense,
involving complex multi party litigations throughout Southern
California.
In addition, Jonathan
has extensive experience in personal injury litigation. Jonathan
regularly lends his expertise and time to the Thomas Jefferson
School of Law moot court program assisting law students in
developing trial skills and with the University of San Diego
paralegal internship program.
Jonathan, a native of
Escondido, resides with his wife and family in Murrieta. The two are
very active in the Murrieta community and with their church. He and
his wife have two daughters, Shannon (12) and Hannah (9). |
